Return Merchandise Policy

At Brand Distribution, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy to help resolve any issues.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 3 days (72 business hours) of the purchase/delivery date.

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be in excellent unopened condition, packaging in place, and any third party company barcodes be removed. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging. We will only accept the item if it is returned with the total amount of product that it was delivered with, total weight at pick-up must still weigh the total weight at pick-up. Product cannot be returned if product was sold from it, such as a bulk item. If any items arrive with damages, please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation and provide support. 

    1. Closeout, Final Sale, Clearance items, and Discontinued Merchandise cannot be returned, unless pre-approved at the time of purchase. THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO THE SALE in order for the RMA to be processed. Restocking fees still apply, please refer below for more details.

  3. Proof of Purchase: An invoice number is required for all returns.

  4. Request a Return:  Fill out and complete the RMA form. 

    1. All necessary information must be provided, invoice number, quantities being returned, item name, supporting documents or images, etc. 

    2. Once the RMA form is received it will be processed, and you will receive confirmation as to whether your RMA will be accepted or denied within 24-48 hours of receiving your return request. 

    3. We reserve the right to approve or deny the return request. Therefore, should the claim be denied, we will provide you with a detailed explanation via email. If the RMA is approved, we will issue a pick-up for the next available delivery day within your region. The day prior to your scheduled pick-up, our back office will confirm that the order is ready to be returned. If the order is not ready for pick-up, we will reschedule if necessary. If the driver arrives and the order is not ready to be picked up, and you have confirmed with us the day prior, we reserve the right to deny your reschedule request, as well as, void the return request.

    4. Each product that is returned (unopened, sealed, and in excellent condition) will have a restocking fee of $15. 

    5. Approved Returns will be issued a credit if warranted. Refunds will not be given. You will receive the credit note for the amount that will be credited to your account.
